The City of Richmond’s Bureau of Permits and Inspections began accepting electronic submittals on August 1, 2016. The electronic documents will initially be accepted on a thumb-drive. Once the Citizen Self-Serve Access Portal is live, all electronic documents can be submitted online!!!
Inspection results are currently being posted to our database as they occur and are emailed to the permit holder the same day!!
